I was brought on by Gap Inc. to lead the brand refresh of the Banana Republic outlet business. This included a renaming exercise as well as the creation of a nuanced brand voice and design language that appealed to a cost conscious yet fashion forward younger audience, but still aligned to the iconic parent brand. Leading a small, scrappy team, I introduced a bright new color palette, fresh new typography and graphic design treatments, and guided the evolution/elevation of brand photography.
